HI I'M DEB. I'm originally from the UK, and have had the absolute pleasure of living in New Zealand for just over 20 years, thanks to my 'Kiwi' husband. Our two (now adult children) grew up living within minutes of our stunning Mount Maunganui beach in the Bay of Plenty.
We've taken full advantage of NZ's diverse geography, and enjoy snow and water skiing, boating, fishing, hiking and beach life. We also love to travel internationally, with our personal highlights being road trips through the South of France and California, Brazil, and the Galapagos Islands.
With a background and HR and Recruitment, I'm a huge advocate for personal development and how it can transform lives. I'm looking for like-minded, motivated individuals who want to build a business in the personal development space that offers location flexibility and hours that work for you - not the other way around.

WHY PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT? Throughout my career I've seen both the benefits, and the not so great consequences, of having, or not having, the right personal development tools available for people to grow and transform their lives - both personally and in the workplace. I also realised that with the growing awareness of the importance of mental wellbeing, there is a huge increase in demand for personal development services, creating very real opportunities to grow a business in this area.
WHY PROSPERITY OF LIFE ? I had the privilege of being a 'stay at home mum' whilst my children were growing up twenty years ago. However, living in what was then a medium sized town in New Zealand, it marked the end of my full-time professional career. I lost my sense of purpose, my confidence took a dive, not to mention my lack of motivation for things I'd previously been passionate about like my exercise and music. I was also very frustrated about the fact that I no longer had real financial independence.
When I came across Prosperity of Life originally, a couple of years ago, by making an enquiry through an advertisement like this one, I knew it was for me. It ticked all the boxes :- amazing personal development tools and products, a flexible business model, and wrap around support and training. But - I talked myself out of it.
WHAT CHANGED?: I did. I continued my connection with Prosperity of Life through their Live Presentations and any new material that they posted. That gave me the confidence and motivation to further widen my personal development knowledge through reading other books, online content and listening to podcasts, and to really reassess what mattered to me. I wanted my life back. I wanted the financial freedom to make a great income, not a salary, and I wanted the chance to build my own work from home business that aligns with my own values and belief in the benefits of personal development.

15 yrs in Multi Level Marketing ended in me being disillusioned with the ratio of payback to time invested. I returned to a waged job but felt unfulfilled and hated the restrictions of set hours and being on a limited wage. I'm very grateful to have found this opportunity.
